Taste of present: When your mind stop making noise

Present moment awareness
There's no technique or exercise would make you present, but you could do that easily by noticing these few minutes when your mind quite thinking.

The feeling of presence happen when your mind pay attention to what's going on, but it doesn't last more then a few seconds.

You can expand these few seconds by decreasing the amount of thought getting your attention. Be mindfulness and relaxed then, notice those times when your mind become quite.

Its an effective practice to quite your mind, and try the present moment awareness. Becoming more present decrease your anxiety, and increase your creative output.
